  36 Im setting up a private irc server and there are a few things I would like
  37 to do, but I don't know how, or if IRC Services can do these things.

  39 Kick/Killing users without registered nicks. So only registered users can
  40 stay connected and join channels.

  43 other than admins can be channel ops.

  45 Im also having problems with the httpd server module. It asks for my
  46 password and auths correctly, but all I see is &quot;NOT FOUND   The requested
