  34 <PRE>Well, I kind of picked up on what you suggested Andrew.  I know I must be
  35 doing something wrong, so I will tell you exactly what I did, and then we

  38 1. I didn't know the flag to extract the .gz file into a current directory,
  39 so I just extracted it on my desktop, and then replaced the old IRCServices
  40 5.19 files with the 5.20 files I extracted on my desktop.

  67      Your data will not be affected by an upgrade; Services does not
  68 touch the database files during compilation or installation.  If you're
  69 compiling from source and you downloaded the tarball rather than patching
  70 your current source from the diff file, you may want to copy the
  71 config.cache file from your old source directory to the new one to save
  72 the trouble of re-entering the installation directories, but on the other
  73 hand, even if you forget to copy it, you just have to enter the same
  74 directories again and the new version will automatically pick up your
  75 databases.
