  37 I just installed ircservices 4.5.42 with an IRC server running Bahamut 1.4.30.

  39 I'm having issues in a channel which has been registered with Chanserv ...

  41 The channel founder is setup to auto op when he joins the channel. The
  42 founder is the only user in the channel's access list. When other users
  43 enter the channel ... either users with registered nicks or without, the
  44 founder/op can not change their status to op. As soon as the founder tries
  45 to op the new user, Chanserv strips the user of his status.

  47 I've been through the channel options in making sure that secure is off,
  48 secure ops is off ... nothing I can see that would seem to me to cause this
  49 problem ... any ideas?
