  40 </I>&gt;<i>services? I would assume that since services must always process the 'on
  41 </I>&gt;<i>join' event for uses joining a channel in order to asceratin potential
  42 </I>&gt;<i>access rights, the potential additional load would be in the issuing of the
  43 </I>&gt;<i>'/mode +v' per user joining.

  45      That's about it--since Services has to check the various auto-XYZ
  46 levels anyway, the only additional load is actually sending the MODE
  47 message.
