  41      This release fixes the problem reported with AUTOVOICE and ENFORCE.
  42 Also, it has been reported and confirmed that failure to install Q:lines on
  43 all of your servers when nick changing (NSForceNickChange) is in use can
  44 allow users to escape Services' notice and use others' nicks without fear
  45 of retaliation via nick kills or the GHOST command.  A workaround is being
  46 worked on for version 5.0; in the meantime, make sure you have Q:lines
  47 installed on all of your servers for &quot;Guest*&quot; (or whatever you use for
  48 guest nicks).
