  34 <PRE>Bahamut has it's internal routines that enable an AKILL to be expired
  35 even if there is no services issuing a RAKILL.
  36 If you are not using Bahamut, the AKILL will be permanent, except
  37 Services itself removes it.

  39 Additionally, there was an issue of OperServ placing akills, and with
  40 hostnames containing uppercase letters. You were unable to remove them
  41 directly. If this is your case, you should upgrade to 4.5.19.
