34 <PRE>I've seen and reported this problem in the past. In fact, the last time I
35 saw this problem myself, an ircop was trying to register the channel. I then
36 had to join the channel, op myself, register it, then transfer it. This was
37 one of our ircops experiencing this, so he knew the syntax of the command.
38 When I asked him to paste what he was using withs omething at the beginning
39 of the line, I saw nothing wrong.
