  79 If a nick is identified then changed to another un-registered nick,
  80 when doing /whois newnick  the newnick is being reported by the server
  81 as being registered.  I assume the mode +r was not being removed and
  82 I&quot;m not sure if the job of removing +r is services job or ircd job.  I
  83 ran services in -debug mode and see that the server does send the nick
  84 change to services but services doesn't send back to the server (ie
  85 mode -r on the nick) etc..
