  37      When you start the Services program, instead of just typing &quot;services&quot;
  38 at the command line, type &quot;services -debug&quot;.  This will cause Services to
  39 start running in debug mode.  You can also type in your client:
  40         /msg OperServ SET DEBUG ON
  41 while Services is running to turn debug mode on, and
  42         /msg OperServ SET DEBUG OFF
  43 will turn debug mode off again.  (You have to be a Services admin to do
  44 this.)
