  56      As was pointed out by many, allowing this would essentially let the
  57 founder cancel the suspension, so this is a no.

  61      This will stay a no as well, and I'm also going to disable memos to
  62 suspended nicks as I originally planned.  I'm not convinced there's a
  63 real need to allow suspended nicks/channels to receive memos, so I'm not
  64 planning to put such an option in.  (I'm trying to avoid adding too many
  65 options; it makes the config file that much more confusing.)
