  35 had a flooder hit my network with abunch of clones, Services took no time in
  36 removing the clones with an akill.

  38 So if the person is back, then they would be from a different host to evade
  39 an akill. In which Services should akill them if they try to clone flood
  40 again. Which is what KILLCLONES was doing.
