  34 <PRE>This version is a bug fix, fixing the default channel options for new
  35 channels. New channels had no default options in 4.3 due to a coding error.
  36 I view this as a security issue, hence the immediate patch. New channels
  37 will now have the KEEPTOPIC and SECURE options set upon registration.
