  45 wanna deal with all your users complaining about spam from services, if the
  46 message &quot;You have 60seconds to change your nickname&quot; isnt enough, then they

  59 point?&quot; these features seem pointless, and will not only waste bandwidth,
  60 but cause un-neseccery SPAM, and i can tell u from several years experiance,
