  36 Yesterday I was trying to connect ircservices to a remote ircd server. After
  37 My first experience was that the port number what I typed was wrong, so
  38 ircservices were trying to connect to a port which is firewalled or something
  39 because nothing happened... I was so impatient to wait for going down, so I
  40 entered 'killall ircservices'. After that, I corrected the port number and
  41 started ircservices. What the ... http port cannot be reopened. :)

  43 I think it's not really a bug, but it's interesting. :) What do you think?
