  37 sth like /chanserv access #channel level list entry|level
  38 /chanserv access #channel level list 6 or a compination e.g /chanserv
  39 access #channel level list 1-10|100 &lt;-- list from 1-10 accessors with
  40 level 100 ... and of course sth like
  41 /chanserv access #channel level list 100 &lt;-- to list all the accessors
