  58 The &quot;New maximum user count&quot; messages come up every time though,
  59 which is a bit odd.

  61 The Statserv thing is because I'm using a seperate statserv which
  62 isn't fully compliant with the bahamut 1.4.25 protocol (must add that
  63 at some point), and my PhaseNet1 patch goes nowhere near any database
  64 or nickserv stuff (at the moment), before you ask :).
