  41 </I>&gt;<i>the GHOST command on his actual nick of Gaspode from Gaspode2. Gaspode has
  42 </I>&gt;<i>AKICK rights on the #xdigital channel in question. However, Gaspode2 did not
  43 </I>&gt;<i>have ops in the channel since this nick not registered or linked to another
  44 </I>&gt;<i>nick.

  46 </I>&gt;<i>Although I cannot get hold of his /ns status report at the time, he should
  47 </I>&gt;<i>not have had any rights wrt the channel.

  49 </I>&gt;<i>I now have two 100% reproducable cases:

  51 </I>&gt;<i>1) Log onto IRC, do not ident to Nickserv, Oper up.
  52 </I>&gt;<i>2) Issue any /cs akick #channel command. The channel does not have to be in
  53 </I>&gt;<i>use but does have to be registered with Chanserv.
  54 </I>&gt;<i>3) Segfault will happen.

  58 </I>&gt;<i>1) Log onto IRC as a plain user with an unregistered nickname
