  36 There are a lot of companies and cybercafe's which do not have
  37 a static ip/host. The idea would be to allow nicks to be included
  38 into the exception list resulting in the following:

  40 If one of the nicks on the session limit nick list identifies
  41 the sessionlimit for the host of this nick is set to a preset
  42 value. e.g.

  44 - defaut session limit is 5 connections
  45 - the session limit for the nick foobar is 10

  47 nick foobar identifies from foobar!<A HREF="http://www.ircservices.za.net/mailman/listinfo/ircservices-coding">blah at blups.blips.org</A>
  48 ==&gt; blups.blips.org gets a sessionlimit of 10
  49 this modified limit of 10 is set as the sessionlimit for
  50 blups.blips.org until foobar identifes from a different host
