42 You haven't mentioned which version of Services you're using, but
43if you're using 4.4.x, you can set the kill message using the
44StaticAkillReason directive in the configuration file, or you can leave
45it undefined to use the reason given in the AKILL command as the kill
46message. However, some IRC servers cannot record a message with an
47autokill, and so only the first user matching the autokill will see the
48message--the rest will see a different message chosen by the IRC server,
49and there isn't really anything you can do about that except change IRC
50servers or modify Services to not actually send out an AKILL (i.e. just
51kill each matching user as they come on). From the message you gave, I
52suspect the latter is the case here.
