   7   BANS     - Re-reads kline/dline/resv/xline database
   8   DNS      - Re-read the /etc/resolv.conf file
   9   HELP     - Re-reads help files
  10   MOTD     - Re-reads MOTD file
  11   NICKDELAY - Clears delayed nicks
  12   OMOTD    - Re-reads Oper MOTD file
  13   REJECTCACHE - Clears the reject cache
  14   TDLINES  - Clears temporary D Lines
  15   THROTTLES - Clears throttled IP addresses
  16   TKLINES  - Clears temporary K Lines
  17   TRESVS   - Clears temporary nick and channel resvs
  18   TXLINES  - Clears temporary X Lines

  20 - Requires Oper Priv: oper:rehash

  22 REHASH [option] irc.server

  24 Rehashes [option], or the config file if none given, on irc.server if
  25 irc.server accepts remote rehashes.
