CHALLENGE <nick|+response>

CHALLENGE is used in the RSA controlled
oper {} system.  CHALLENGE requires you to
issue the command using the nickname in the
operator block, while matching the username
and hostname specified.  The server will
send you an RSA challenge.  You must send
a valid RSA response back to the server,
proceeded with a '+' symbol.
