Fixes from clang warnings.

Added parsing for KILL.
Fixed up m_ping() to deal with things "correctly."

The sqlite Makefile no longer breaks the mentally retarded gmake.
cnt.node is now updated.
"Fixed" parsing for PING.

Ran make depend.
configure only checks for dlopen() once now.

This code has a decent build system and functioning core.
