fix silly typo

try to use a better reactor than select on unix

add option to run flash server
now works with wss (sadly twisted doesn't allow ssl and non ssl servers on the same port)

don't increase sequence number when sending empty response... but still send one

unix doesn't like shell=True with java...

missed sequence number from sync posts
