Syntax:  listuser [level] [pattern]
Example: listuser *
Lists H accounts based on the pattern.
If no pattern is specified, all accounts are listed.
If level is specified then the search is performed only on the users of the given level. Level is an integer from 0 (lamer) to 6 (administrator)
