Added the files with all the level ranges
format:
levelx.dat = file for level x
Inside the files are several range numbers. The first integer represents the minimum, and the second is the maximum
strengthmin~strengthmax
goldmin~goldmax
expmin~expmax
hpmin~hpmax

These numbers are used to randomize monster stats per level
