This is a list of known bugs with gameserv
that I have no solutions for yet.
+1.) Randomly, players will get locked in a player vs. player fight because
+gameserv thinks it's neither one's turn... both "yourturn" flags are set off

FIXED) The config file has to have only one '.' in it. Files like
gameserv.unreal.conf will not open correctly for some reason.
-1) remoteserver has to be an IP address, because it won't resolve
