Here are the commands available to only %S administrators:

    LOAD            Perform a manual load of the players or monsters data file
    RAW             Send a raw string through the GameServ pseudo server
    REFRESH         Refresh all players' or a single player's stats
    RESET           Completely resets all players' or a single player's stats back to Level 1
    SAVE            Perform a manual save on the players data file
    SHUTDOWN        Save data and shut down %S
