This command allows you to buy items from Boot Liquors Mystical Apothecary.
The items can be used throughout the game for things such as strength
boosts and healing.

SYNTAX: \ 2TAVERN\ 2 [LIST | BUY {NUMBER} <NUMBER OF ITEMS TO BUY>]
Example: /msg %S \ 2TAVERN\ 2
