support for doing traces to match clients whos ie nick matches their ident, ?trace print nick &ident would print all clients whos nick and ident are the same. Also updated the version reply.. properly format the cvs.. well svn version (i should update the vars), also added some credits for patches a few patches ive added to X3

silent alerts, hides the gline message on the ircd side (only in nefarious), also fixed up the excessive notice gline, the AUTO needs to be first in the gline, the nickname would appear first before the AUTO and the notice would come up

sync, i know patch 20 isnt there.. its already been applied at some stage minus one thing which i dont think we need. Ill add the changelog entry soon.. more syncs to come. Committing now as the next patch is large
