Finally i figured out how to deal with the last issue, This is a tracking module like snoop except its user specific. Opers can track specific users via ADDTRACK or via ADDALERT TRACK

This needs more testing *hint hint* rubin :P I diff'ed srvx 1.3.1 to 1.3 then picked my way through the diff file for bits we required. Ive dropped the old srvx change logs as theres a gap in the entries between our last update off arch (when it was going) and the earliest entry in the 1.3.1 entry. Mostly its small updates and fixes. The notable larger changes are: IPv6 support (with ircu 2.10.12). Rubin ive dropped your custom glob functions for the 1.3.1 ones, if you want to rewrite yours then go ahead.
