  10   OPGUARD        Stricter control of chanop status
  11   SPLITOPS       Let anyone keep ops from a netsplit
  12   VERBOSE        Notify chanops on command usage
  13   NEVEROP        Make a channel opless
  14   WELCOMEINCHAN  Puts WELCOME messages into the channel.
  15                      This flag doesn't do what you think it does.
  16                      Don't use it.
  17   AUTOVOICE      Voices everyone who joins the channel.
  18   BANTYPE        Selects the ban-type to be used for KICKBAN and AKICKs
  19   TOPICLOCK      Restricts who can change the topic in the channel.

  22   HOLD         Prevent channel from expiring
  23   FREEZE       Suspend access in this channel
  24   BOTSTAY      Make the bot stay in the channel when empty.
  25   LOG          Tells LogServ to join and log the channel.
