+<PRE>Is there a way to prevent unidentified users to use a channel but
+without banning them? Essentially, i'm looking for SET RESTRICTED but
+without the ban. I don't need the ban, since the potential for abuse is
+small (private network).
+Or is there a way to automatically unban them immediately thereafter?
