[IRCServices Coding] Services 5.0 alpha 9 released

     Alpha 9 is up in the usual place; this is mainly a release to get
accumulated changes uploaded before I leave on vacation (tomorrow).  I'll
be back late on 1 January, if things go according to plan, so mail will go
unanswered until then.

     Also, happy holidays to all.  This is meant seriously, for those who
may be unsure: I'm not the fascist bastard I may seem in mail sometimes--
I just play one on the Internet, so to speak. (:  I don't intend to let my
holiday season get overwhelmed by this or any other minor matter, and I
hope none of you do either.
