| <PRE>This is an IRCServices mailing list, so I appologize for my posting on this
| subject here. | |
| ||
| CyberDems, I beg to differ, large networks CAN use UnrealIRCd. If I do
| recall, IRCQNet recently switched to UnrealIRCd (not that recently, it's
| been about 3 months if not longer). AND they have working services on there
| as well. The vast majority of their users are actually very pleased with the
| new functionality they have with UnrealIRCd as are the Admins, which can now
| better control their network (which was often known for harboring harmful
| botnets). | |
| ||
| Try doing some research before you go and spout out your worthless little 2
| cents. Dylan was merely stating that different IRCds can suite different
| Admins and their networks. He was not saying that one was better than
| another. Not once did he say "everyone should switch to UnrealIRCd because
| it's so great" or anything even remotely close.
| ||
| Please refrain from your flamming in the future, and lets try to keep the
| IRCServices mailing list on IRCServices topics. Thank you.
