| 47 | Happy New Year! I hope you are enjoying whatever holiday season you may | |
| 48 | be celebrating. | |

| 50 | As previously announced, the maintenance period for Services 5.1 has | |
| 51 | ended, and I will be taking down the Services website and mailing lists | |
| 52 | shortly following this announcement. I will continue to accept reports | |
| 53 | of bugs which significantly affect security or stability and release | |
| 54 | updates to version 5.1 as necessary (there will be no further updates to | |
| 55 | version 5.0 in any case, even for security-related issues); please send | |
| 56 | such bug reports to me directly, at achurch at achurch.org. The source code | |
| 57 | for Services will remain available at the current URL: | |
| 58 | http://www.ircservices.za.net/download/ | |
| 59 | through April 5, 2011, and release notifications will be posted on the | |
